On August 2 2016 Pravvy Sector posted a link on Twitter to more than 150 gigabytes of data taken from the Central Ohio Urology Group. The leaked material included patient records containing names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, and descriptions of medical treatments such as renal ultrasounds and semen analyses, as well as internal financial spreadsheets and human‑resources documents. The breach affected numerous individuals, with at least one elderly patient reporting confusion upon learning that his personal information had been exposed. The affected organization did not provide a public comment in response to initial inquiries about the incident.

The actor made the stolen data publicly accessible by sharing a direct download link, thereby enabling anyone with the link to obtain the sensitive information. This action resulted in the widespread dissemination of protected health information and proprietary business records without any apparent attempt to conceal the leak.
