Description

Florida Physician Specialists learned of a cybersecurity incident between November 27 and 29, 2025, when it discovered that its network had been hacked during that period. An investigation was launched in late November 2025 to determine the scope of the breach, and it confirmed that an unauthorized third party had gained access to the network. The review of the data that had been exposed was completed on April 6, 2026, after which the practice proceeded with notification procedures.
