On or about October 30, 2025, MemberClose learned of a data breach after discovering suspicious activity on a cloud application. The company immediately launched an investigation into the incident. Through that investigation, MemberClose determined that, on or around October 29, 2025, certain files within the impacted system had potentially been accessed and acquired by an unauthorized third party.
