On April1, 2025, Visionary Holdings Inc. experienced a malicious IT attack that compromised its original official website, www.visiongroupca.com, and its corporate email suffix, @farvision.ca. The attack resulted in the hacking of both online assets, causing the system functions to break down completely. As a consequence, the company identified potential risks to the security of its data. After assessing the situation, the company determined that immediate action was required to protect business operations and information security. The breach disrupted normal business operations and raised concerns about the integrity of information stored on the compromised systems.
