Malaysian National Security Council

Notably, in March 2014, computers used by high‑ranking officials involved in the MH370 investigation were compromised by malware, leading to the exfiltration of classified information to a system in China before CyberSecurity Malaysia intervened to halt further transmissions and deactivate the infected machines.

Structurally, the Malaysian National Security Council operates under the auspices of the Prime Minister's Department, receiving administrative support while maintaining direct reporting lines to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
