The campaign was orchestrated via Telegram channels, where the actors proclaimed a Russian identity and intent to disrupt. Cybersecurity analysis subsequently characterized the Legion operation as relatively unsophisticated, assessing its primary impact as propagandistic rather than functionally crippling to critical services.
