During the incident, communication systems were paralyzed. The paralysis caused disruptions to customer‑facing services. After remedial work, services were gradually restored.

Despite restoration, ongoing delays continue in several critical functions, namely procurement, returns, quality control, customer support, and refund processing. The organization has indicated that it expects significant financial losses, although the exact amount has not been quantified. Investigations into the incident are ongoing, involving forensic experts and law‑enforcement agencies. These investigations seek to identify the perpetrators behind the ransomware and to determine whether any data was exfiltrated. To date, no evidence has been found that customer information was stolen or compromised.
