The attackers asserted they successfully exfiltrated approximately 300 GB of sensitive institutional data encompassing student, faculty, and administrative records. To substantiate their claim, ALPHV published samples of the stolen information on their dedicated leak site. Universidad Piloto publicly acknowledged experiencing a computer security incident through its official communication channels following the attack. However, despite external inquiries, the university did not explicitly confirm or deny the specific assertions made by ALPHV regarding the full scope or validity of the data breach. This incident underscores the vulnerability of academic institutions to unauthorized access targeting large volumes of personal and operational information.
