QualDerm Partners, also known as QualDerm, is a healthcare organization headquartered in the United States of America. This data includes names, addresses, dates of birth, email addresses, medical record numbers, doctor names, treatment and diagnosis details, and health insurance information. On December 24, 2025, QualDerm Partners discovered that attackers had accessed its network for two days. The attackers exfiltrated personal, medical, and health insurance information of over three million individuals. The compromised data included names, addresses, dates of birth, email addresses, medical record numbers, doctor names, treatment and diagnosis details, health insurance information, and in some cases government‑issued identifiers. Following the discovery, the organization notified the affected individuals and offered them identity theft and credit monitoring services. QualDerm Partners also reported the incident to federal health authorities as required by applicable regulations.
