Official statements indicated that no personal data of residents was compromised or stolen during the incident. Technical controls were carried out to assess and remediate the vulnerability, and all affected IT systems remained offline until security could be assured. Despite the disruption to online channels, in‑person public services continued to operate without interruption, ensuring that essential municipal functions remained available to the public. The event highlighted the importance of cybersecurity resilience for local government entities.
