Largan Precision (alias) was identified as one of the organizations infiltrated by the Cl0p ransomware group in a campaign that exploited a vulnerability in PTC’s Windchill platform. The attack took place on July 1, 2026. The attackers deployed a web shell as part of the intrusion. The web shell mapped vault data. The web shell decrypted credentials. The web shell allowed execution of additional code.

The exfiltrated data included databases, project files, backups, images, engineering documents, blueprints, diagrams, logs and other corporate files. The volume of stolen data per victim ranged from one gigabyte to several terabytes. Largan Precision was among the more than forty organizations named on the group’s leak site. Other firms listed on the leak site included Shell, Philips, Fiserv, Zebra Technologies, Ingersoll Rand, Toast, Mindray and GE (with GE later removed). The affected organizations, including Largan Precision, stated they were aware of the claims and were investigating. None of the affected organizations confirmed a significant breach at the time of reporting.
