Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing

The Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) is the state agency responsible for administering Colorado’s Medicaid program, known as Health First Colorado, and the Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+). It develops and implements health care policy aimed at improving access, quality, and affordability of health services for low‑income residents.
