Recovery efforts were carried out by the organisation’s internal IT team, specialists appointed by its insurance provider and an external security firm, with the expectation that normal operations would resume within 24 hours. The incident demonstrated the agency’s capacity to maintain news dissemination despite significant server limitations, underscoring its commitment to continuity and its reliance on robust contingency procedures. While the attack caused notable operational constraints, it did not halt the agency’s ability to deliver news to its subscribers.
