The breach did not impact the company's hosted email or website services, which remained operational and uncompromised. Following the discovery, Loopia secured its systems and promptly informed affected customers about the incident. As a precaution, all customer account credentials were reset and an internal investigation was launched to identify the vulnerabilities exploited. Subsequently, the provider implemented additional security measures aimed at preventing similar incidents in the future.
