Affected clients received breach notifications informing them of the potential exposure of their personal information. As part of the response, the organization offered one year of complimentary credit monitoring to those impacted. The incident was reported by Databreaches.net, which archived the original notice. In response, DePaul implemented immediate account security measures and conducted additional staff training to reduce future phishing risk.
