The attack flooded the platform with millions of connection requests, rendering the service temporarily inaccessible. Although mitigation measures restored functionality within minutes, the disruption prevented many applicants from submitting their forms during the critical initial period. During that window, the 10 000 available subsidy slots were filled within seventy minutes, reflecting the high demand for the programme. The agency reported that the incident caused public frustration among unsuccessful applicants but confirmed that all allocated subsidies had been secured and that future application opportunities would be offered. No data breach or financial loss was reported; the primary impact was the temporary service interruption while the agency investigated the source of the attack.
